Re: Greg's problems with parts

Matt NEED YOUR HELP!!

Similar to Greg I am having mucho problems getting the $#@! kit.

Over 2 and half months and today after driving over an hour to get to the dealer, inspection revealed over half was missing.

The box I received had only the mast step (looks changed), the large balanced rudder, and a dagger board.

Evidently there is a second box with all the ama, aka, ,sail, etc. Listening to the dealer talk to shipping it is evident that you have some problems on what a kit consists of. This is MORE than the sail, ama box that accompanies the AI hull. Note it should include fittings factory installed on the AI hull, BUT not on the Adventure itself. In particular rear and fwd assemblies, ball braces, various rigging cleats, screws, nuts. You need those fittings to make the Adventure hull the equivalent AI. Your guys on evidently confused over this.

This box wasn't shipped. In light of the long wait the dealer P&P kayaks is trying to get your people to drop ship it to me.

Where I need you to help now is to make sure they do drop ship the right box to me at my home address at least within the next week.. You should have that. If not I can PM you again.

I am not only personally crushed to not having this to fish with in an upcoming tourney, my family is arriving shortly and we had planned on using the AI over the holidays.

Mahalo for any grease you can apply.

Aloha

Dan R.

Bump

Matt you out of town? Understand shipping has the order put together, but unsure if it's been shipped yet.
