We took a boat trip to the Keys in the powerboat and brought the AI along. How awesome it is to use the AI in each new place to explore, get out to the reef for snorkeling, playing at the sand bar, etc. And, the kids love to go for rides, etc. We have a dinghy with an outboard to get to shore and place to place, but nothing beats the AI for pure entertainment value.

It was really windy each day, so the sailing was awesome.

WOW! Looks like a lot of fun and you must have been getting some good wind having to furl the sail up like that. Do you have any pictures with a better shot on how/where you mounted your FF, I am in the process of installing mine and would like some suggestions. Thanks!

What do you mean FF?

The nice thing about the keys is that they are protected by the outer reef, so the wind can be blowing like crazy, but the seas off the beach stay quite tame.

OH, Fish Finder:

I have it clamp mounted to the front bar, but I only did this because I happened to have a clamp mount. I am going to mount a ball aft a bit so I can read the chart better.
