Geist Reservoir - I just took over as the Portsmouth Fleet captain at the Indianapolis Sailing Club. It has been many years since we've had an active Hobie fleet here. In addition to my Wave, there are a dozen or more Hobie 16s, 2 Hobie 18s, a Hobie 20 and a few other assorted cats around, but most have weeds growing up through them, and never see the water. I'd love to increase participation (racing and social) by all the non-fleet boats, but particularly the cats. What would it take to get everyone back out on the water?

The Indianapolis Sailing Club is having an Open House on Saturday June 21, from 1 to 5 pm. There should be lots of boats on display, and on the water for free rides.

I'll have my Wave available for rides or demo sails.

The keelboat fleet is also hosting a regatta that weekend, so there should be a good party going on that evening too.
