You never know! I hear duct tape is pretty powerful. Thats what I would use.

Well, if sir Dookie doesn't come back, I hope I can find a used kickdown spring soon!

Matt, they keep telling me "any day" On that 17. I really hope I know by mid next week. And if the springs are bad, I may just let it go NOT!!

Yeah, $50 that I'd much rather put towards the tramp.

Update:

Sorry for the delay folks, but was on vacation and got pounded at work when I got back.

Here's what I was able to save:
Trailer -- but this seems spoken for
Rear crossbar and traveller car (new style with integrated track)
Mast base
TrenTec Supergoose
Boom with mainsheet system (original Harken)
quickpins for traveller, gooseneck, sail
Hawaii righting system blocks (someone took the rope -- must have been a Prindle guy)
Main tramp in good condition -- taken
Wing tramps in fair condition
7:1 downhaul system (2 blocks, a triple, a double, sand in the sheaves)
Sail in poor condition but includes battens which I assume are in fine shape

I could not get the centerboards or springs out, so they were scrapped. Front crossbar got cracked
Mast was broken
