LIVE WELL

Hola Matt!
Quote:
Would you know what the amperage draw is for the pump in the new live well?
I took a stock PELICAN case, and installed an AGM motorcycle size battery, and on the outside I attached a solar panel. The box is wired with three external waterproof plugs for accessories (i.e fishfinder, gps, live well pump, etc.) and one input plug for the solar. The battery should hold up to many days of steady usage of electronics. However, I need to install some resistors to drop the voltage to 6 volts to the Live Well, and the number that get wired in series depend on the pump's amperage draw.
Thanks for your help!

Hey Udo,

Saw your name / picture in the news some time last winter. Snow in the mountains.

I have asked the engineers about the livewell amps.

Hi, Matt!
You keep up with the San Diego news really well.
It was Memorial Day weekend, on Thursday, when I pulled over in one of the turnouts near Big Bear to answer the phone. When I was done, I opened the window and snapped a couple of photos of the snow falling at such late time. A reporter for the Union was in the same turnout and was impressed that a local was snapping photos of snow! So he snapped photos of myself and asked me a few questions.
A lot of people saw that...amazing. At least now you know how much I aged since the sailing of the cats.
Thanks for your help.
