I've just finished installing my (very long awaited) rudder up/down upgrade kit on my 2007 AI. :D
A big THANKYOU to all the people who have shared their experiences with fitting this kit on the forum. Without some of the hints, I would have struggled.
One question remains..............the instructions state that the bolt that holds the rudder assembly together, should 'have a fairly loose connection allowing an 1/8" to 1/4" of movement'.
Can anybody tell me where I should measure this movement?

I believe that is a reference to lateral wobble. Maybe at the rudder blade would be a good way to judge.
