No sir dosn't help in that department at all !! Isail with the seat plugs out and the tape/venturi system, very rare to have calm seas and wind.

Seems there is no avoiding the wet bum no matter how you look at it.. Whilst experimenting with the Island as a kyak only yesterday, I got more than just a wet bum when very unexpectantly I turned turtle. 8) Fortunately the water was delightful, and I found it quite simple to right the hull and slip back on board. Mickey happened to be there to witness this less than elegant event but fortunately he didn't have his camera handy...Phew.... :lol: :lol: Pirate

And here I was thinking you were practising putting in a new rudder pin :P :lol:
