As soon as I can get a little help, I'll give it a try. It very well could be the culprit. I'm thinking the bigger mast float might help too.

No problem. In re-reading my post I see that I spoke(typed) imprecisely. What I MEANT to say was if bubbles come out the top of the mast, then drill out those rivets and re-seal that. If bubbles come out the BASE of the mast, then re-seal THAT end. If bubbles come out around any other rivets... I dunno squirt a little silicone in there and maybe cover over that rivet with a bit of waterproof epoxy. Be creative. :)
