Man, you guys are tough this year. I'll come up with something really good for April 1 next year.

screw the moth. Have you ever seen a video of those things. You have to keep them perfectly balanced or they tip over and capsize. You'll either need ALOT of wind to keep it up consistently on its foil or light wind so it wont foil. If its just a nice breeze your gonna be tipping over and capsizing all the time.

Why would you wanna go to the dark side anyways. Atleast stay to the multihulls and get a Windrider RAVE. Foiling Trimaran. Or theres another one. I forget what its called but its made in New Zealand. Looks better than the rave to me

Now we're getting somewhere! It took until April 3rd, for the April fools joke to finally settle in.

That is cool.

Every time a tri-foiler pops up for sale I want to do something stupid. Then I remember that they are supposed to be a nightmare to set up, parts are scarce, and they do break with some frequency. That and I've got no where to put it.

OK. . . maybe a foiling cat isn't so far fetched. If they can make a 72 foot cat with foils why can't Hobie make an 18 footer? I wouldn't have a choice, I'd HAVE to buy it.
