Yep - good marketing tools
Took a while to find you under your name - Brad Stephens.
You were on page three in OZ.
Goodness knows what page you'd be on in US or if someone was doing a search from UK.
Geez - I could have saved myself some time just clicking on that big Facebook sign  I'll remember next time :P
Brad how did you do that?? Can I do it too???
Doesn't look like there's too many AI members - yet.
I know someone will tell me they're all too busy having fun to spend time on FB  :P

From my perspective Mickey, Facebook is for people with far too much time on their hands with some un-natural desire to publish their life history and to anyone simple enough to wanting to spend the time. Very appealing to the younger members of society but not so to our generation. Well that should get the juices flowing....Pirate
Oh, are you on it mate?

Woo hoo! I'm "younger"! (OK, so my buddy's young nephew and niece got me to join.)

I haven't used it for business at all, but it has been cool finding old friends and catching up.

I am younger also (41), and how else would I be able to join the group "Hobie Mirage Adventure Island Italia?"

Reverting to my "computer security" professional role for a moment, one thing you want to always remember is that anything you post to sites such as Facebook, MySpace, or Twitter, can NEVER be unposted. It'll always be out there, and someone with the right Google query can find it. The Internet truly is an open book to someone who knows how to turn the pages.

Just something to keep in mind.

I guess I'm younger too!
It's been a quite amazing way to catch up with long-lost friends and relations - just another way of being sociable with those you choose to maintain or re-establish contact with. 8) :)
Being the family historian, I have found it a useful way to share a lot of family photos with interested family members.
The groups are another interesting facet - I didn't know there was a Hobie Mirage Adventure Island Italia group. I'll have to take a look at it and maybe join it too  I wonder if there is one for the Greek Isles
Actually Pirate, when you think about it, Facebook is not dissimilar to these forums - but if you see it differently, I will respect your point of view - as I expect you to respect ours

Bar Humbug to all those 'useless' tell all sites that just serve to waste hours and hours of people's valuable lives. Go ring em up or visit em if they are so important to you. I guess it is so much easier though to place your life's success stories into a file rather than let interested people find out themselves. But enough said and yes I do both respect you Mickey and your right to play around on these sites if you so choose. Mind you with the Lakes beckoning, Queensland and now the Greek Aisles, where will we find the time for all these other modern things...LOL...Pirate
