How many of you Getaway owners have named your boat?
I did not initially pick a name for mine I wanted the boat to develop its own personality and it would name itself. I named my boat PERFECT GAME

I haven't written the name on the hull, but the other sailors affectuously call my Getaway "The Whale", in contrast with all the other lighter cats on our beach...

We affectionately call ours Galactica, after the SciFi Channel series. It's too small a boat for a real name so we went for humor.

I have always believed that the "name " on your craft should be connected ,somehow,I with the "personality " of the craft....,so I approached a lettering co. in Fla.and they agreed to name/make my Revo make astatement from me & my Hobie.
Please just wave when you pass..." SEA' RSE ".
Enjoying these forum ideas from others.Great concept,Matt.Keep those cards & letters flowin'.
