 Post subject: stiff steering on my PA

Having alittle stiffness in the steering bought a demo model ,probably needs alittle tlc any suggestions?

Did you check the tension adjustment knob under the control?...It might be too tight

Have you tried taking a little slack out of the strings that attach to your rudder at the rear compartment of your PA. When setting our PA's up I adjusted the center, left and right on the rudder and I had then tension a little tight at first. I just loosened the strings a little (applied some slack) and the rudder was able to be moved easier. It was too lose at one time where the rudder would almost move back and forth on its own. Find a happy medium with the tension and keep it there.

Check other posts here about adjustments. One mentions a screw that holds the steering handle drum being critical.
