I've decided to rebuild my trailer so both AIs will be assembled for travelling. As I start to build I notice a problem with the AI not sitting neatly into the AI cradles. Looking for the root cause I see that the right knuckle on the crossbar is not square to the cross bar, it appears to have been welded on at an angle. This causes the Aka to sit lower than planned and the kayak then sits higher. Not really useful if trying to leave AI assemebled for transporting. Is this a problem that others have seen or better still, have heard a solution for this problem.
Thanks
Tony B
